Everything you need to know about boarding with us.
About Boarding
Everything. A private room, all meals, daily enrichment, puzzle feeders, supervised catio access, and personalized attention. No tiers, no add-ons, no premium upgrades. Every guest receives the full experience.
We serve meals on your cat’s home schedule. We provide high-quality food and accommodate all dietary needs including prescription diets, raw food, and picky eaters. Bring your cat’s specific food if you prefer. Intake is monitored daily.
Yes. We’re experienced with oral medications, topical treatments, and subcutaneous fluids. All medications are logged and given on time.
Absolutely. Bonded cats can share a room. We’ll discuss their dynamic during intake to ensure shared boarding is the right fit.
Our Fear Free Approach
Everything is designed around the cat’s emotional experience: quiet arrivals, no forced handling, gradual acclimation, pheromone use, species-appropriate lighting and sound, and staff trained to read feline body language. It’s not a label — it’s our operating system.
Tours can be a challenge in an environment where keeping stress levels low is a focus as unfamiliar scents, voices and visual disruptions can stress the cats. That said, I LOVE showing off my cat cabin but really ask for consideration in how we do that. Sometimes photos are a video tour on FaceTime can be a great compromise. That said. I understand some still really want to SEE so I would never deny a very brief trip in if there are still questions after a video tour but I just ask a video tour is considered first.
We don’t offer in-person mid-stay visits. For most cats, a visit from their owner increases stress — they re-acclimate to your presence, then go through departure stress again when you leave. However, I’m happy to arrange a virtual tour so you can see your cat in their space without disrupting their routine. Regular updates also keep you informed every step of the way.
Dog barking is one of the most significant stressors for boarded cats. Eliminating dogs entirely lets us control sound, scent, and activity in ways that are impossible in a mixed-species environment.
Logistics
By appointment, with arrivals and departures spaced apart to keep things calm. Drop-off is quick and intentional. Pickup includes a summary of your cat’s stay.
All guests must be current on FVRCP and rabies. We confirm records during intake. Medical exemptions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
We provide everything, but familiar items help with the transition. A blanket with your cat’s scent, a favorite toy, or their regular food are all welcome.
Special Needs
Absolutely. We adapt for mobility, medication, modified room setup, and a gentler pace. Senior guests are among our most rewarding stays.
This is what we’re built for. Private rooms, no dogs, controlled noise, calming pheromones, and staff who know how to read and respect boundaries. We never rush an anxious cat. We give them time, space, and patience.
We have relationships with local veterinary clinics and emergency facilities. We collect your vet’s details and emergency contacts during intake so we can act immediately if needed.
